3.2 Refund and Transfer Policy

Given the bespoke nature of legal work, fees paid for services are non-refundable once work has commenced. If scheduling conflicts arise, you may request to transfer the service to another date or scope of equivalent value. To request a transfer, please use our contact form within 7 days of your invoice date. Transfers are subject to our availability and at our sole discretion.

4.1 Delivery

Once purchased, access details are delivered immediately via email.

4.2 Refund Policy

If you have not accessed or downloaded the information product, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by submitting a request through our contact form. Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days using the original payment method. After access or download has occurred, no refund will be granted.

Alternatively, within 30 days of purchase you may request credit toward another information product of equal or lesser value.

5. Goods

5.1 Returns and Exchanges

Unused goods in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. To initiate a return, please submit a request via our contact form. Once we receive the returned items, refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
